PLEASE READ THE TOS BEFORE CONSIDERING A COMMISSION

TERMS OF SERVICE

general disclaimers

i. we, barkingcities, deserve the right to decline, refund, or cancel any commission under conditions we see fit.
ii. we, barkingcities, deserve the right to work on different creative projects, due to our ADHD, in between commissions if we need relief.
iii. due to our mental illnesses, full-time academics, and part-time job, commissions will be done at our own pace during our free time. this means commissions could take a couple of months to process and produce.

payment

i. payments are only accepted through venmo, PayPal, and cashapp.
ii. payments can be paid through the "friends and family" or "business and services" option. however, if you choose to pay through the business and services option you must pay the service fee percentage of whatever payment service you wish to pay through.

venmo - 1.9% + $0.10
paypal - 3.49% + $0.49
cashapp - 3%
iii. any payments must be paid in full before we can begin the commission.
iv. quote pricing will depend on the type and complexity of the commission.
v. quotes are based on how much time, material, and skill is projected to be invested into the piece. most of our pieces take 10-15+ hours of craftsmanship, years of practice, and trail runs, so please take our worth into consideration.

process

i. work in progress will be provided throughout the process unless stated otherwise. this will give the commissioner the right to proof the commission in what they see fit.
ii. commissions will be processed through a queue line accessed through our trello. commissions will be finished due to the relevancy of the time it was commissioned and how much time it needs during the creative process.
iii. commissions will not have a strict deadline. however, there will be reoccurring updates and will be giving a projected interval of when it will be finished on a case-by-case basis. commissions typically are finished within 6 months, but still is not a guarantee.
iv. once the commission is complete, we will send the high-resolution files through drives to make sure the quality of the piece does not dwindle.

copyright & usage

i. The commissioner has all rights reserved over the art piece that is produced, thus, making it the property of the commissioner.
ii. the piece must be credited by us, BarkingCities, when publishing by any means.
iii. Barkingcities watermark must be kept on the commission piece. No edits removing or altering the watermark are permitted.
iv. the commission piece cannot be altered in a way that may be deemed offensive or obscene by BarkingCities.
v. commercial use of the commission piece must be discussed beforehand. otherwise, commercial use of commission work is prohibited.

cancellations & refunds

I. we, barkingcities, deserve the right to reimburse orders for whatever reason.
II. refunds and cancellations are only accepted no more than a day after ordering and/or if we have not began the commission process.
Iii. it is the commissioner’s right to voice any concerns or dissatisfaction with the piece(s) during the process; otherwise, we will not take any reprocutions. We heavily encourage the voicing of any concerns or dissatisfactions as we are autistic, so we may not pick up on social cues. We will not find offense to the feedback as we only strive to produce worth while products for the client that they are happy with. Feedback with tone tags are also appreciated.

boundaries

BY CLICKING THE AGREEMENT BUTTON, YOU HEAR BY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TOS OF BARKINGCITIES. DOING SO WILL GRANT ACCESS TO COMMISSION PRICING AND MEANS OF CONTACT.
